These terms govern your use of the Meltin Bit Farm website (meltinbitfarm.cloud) and any products or services offered through it. By using this website or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.
Meltin Bit Farm is operated by Fabio Mangolini under the brand MeltinBit (VAT: IT01967790385), based in Ferrara, Italy.
When you purchase a self-hosted product, you receive access to a private GitHub repository containing the full source code. You may deploy, modify, and use the software for your own purposes or for your clients. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the source code.
This option includes the self-hosted license plus a one-time installation service. You provide a VPS or server, and we handle the deployment and configuration. The setup service is provided on a best-effort basis and does not include ongoing maintenance.
With managed hosting, we host and maintain the product on our infrastructure. This is a subscription service billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, your instance and data will be available for export for 30 days.
Payments are processed through Polar.sh, which acts as the merchant of record. Polar handles billing, VAT, invoicing, and refunds according to their terms of service.
Prices are listed in USD and EUR. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Polar at checkout.
Since products include access to source code, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the product, contact us and we'll work to resolve it or issue a refund.
Self-hosted customers receive updates via the GitHub repository. Updates are provided on a best-effort basis. We are not obligated to provide new features, but critical security fixes will be prioritized.
Managed hosting customers receive updates automatically as part of the subscription.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the software, including data loss, downtime, or security breaches on your infrastructure.
For managed hosting, we make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and security, but do not guarantee 100% availability.
All products, code, designs, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Fabio Mangolini / MeltinBit. Your purchase grants you a license to use the product, not ownership of the intellectual property.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website or products after changes constitutes acceptance.
